Councillor Ben Cox asked a question that laid to rest rumours of traditional local events involving steam railways or bonfires being cancelled due to environmental concerns. Councillor Kelvin Williams stated categorically that this will not happen. This can be seen in section 14 of the video – questions from members.

Councillor Cox also took part in a discussion of a possible future train line connecting Uckfield to Brighton, commonly known as BML2. His comments can be seen in section 13 of the video – report on behalf of the cabinet by the leader.
